Hello,

This involves unregistering the effective dll's and then re-
registering them:

Go to Start => Run and type in each of the following in turn, clicking
OK after each:

regsvr32 /u shimgvw.dll {space before and after /u}
regsvr32 shimgvw.dll

regsvr32 /u sendmail.dll
regsvr32 sendmail.dll

regsvr32 /u ole32
regsrv32 ole32

regsvr32 /u shell32
regsrv32 /i shell32 {space before and after /i}

======================

If this doesn't fix the problem, follow these instructions:

If none of this works it could possibly be a Registry permissions
issue, in which case, try this:
