Yeah, have the same motherboard and similar chip. Disabling the "Core
Multiplexing Technology" option in BIOS during install worked!! Thanks,
I was going to start looking at running memory tests (yuck).

BTW, were you able to turn it back on later? Or did you have to
install SP2 first?
