Found it, thanks..
And guess what it was disabled..
But many times when I reboot I see its Icon on the bottom line and when I try to close it, a popup says I can't because it's in use by an other app which I'm guessing is OE..
But I don't see it today..

That's different from the Messenger service. To get rid of it go to
Control Panel>Add or remove programs>Add/remove Windows
Components and scroll down to Windows Messenger and clear
the check box.
