A third party application that can help you is something called Unlock
Administrator. http://www.e-motional.com/ULAdmin.htm

With this program you can allow more than just the current user to unlock
the screensaver. The extra users do not have to be administrators. Any
user (domain or local) with a valid password can be allowed to unlock the
screensaver using their own password.

How to set a screensaver passwd that is different with account passwd?
I'd like to set 2 different password.One is for screensaver and the other
one is for account.
