Hotkey/other shortcut for quick window size/location?

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

Running XP home. I use a plasma HDTV remotely both to view PC based videos &
for web browsing. Works great, except that the on screen image is cropped
slightly. For example, when displaying Firefox, on the upper left only about
half of the "e" on the "File" menu title displays, on the upper right the
"X" close icon is hidden, and along the bottom only the top half of the
taskbar shows. Same with the title bar at the top. Of course, I can re-size
each open window, but this is a bit tedious, plus each subsequent open
window "cascades" a bit to the lower right. Is there a way I can set up a
keyboard hot key or other shortcut to quickly re-size & center any given
window?

Thanks
