H/PC Connection Agent

Over the past few weeks a new problem has occurred. Every time I play
something using Windows Media my Spywseeper pops up with a notice asking if I
want H/PC Connection Agent to start when windows starts. I have no idea what
this is so of course I always click no. It leads me to "C:\Program
Files\Microsoft ActiveSync\Wcescomm.exe" Can anyone please tell me what it
is, what I can do to get rid of it and why has it suddenly appeared.
Thanks in advance.
