Encarta 2008 download questions

Since there's little traffic on microsoft.public.encarta...

ms wants a credit card number before providing adequate information about the download. i cannot find download file size, nor a statement that what one gets is a file that can be installed off line. The webmaster should be replaced. :=)

Does anyone know the answers to these question?
