To enable/disable the display of the Run option on the Start Menu, make your
choice via the Customize section of either the Start Menu or Classic Start Menu
choices found by a right-click on the Taskbar, select Properties > Start Menu
[tab] > Customize [button].

My Run command is missing from the start menu. I already went to Start
properties but I couldn't find the "Run" option from the list of menu to be
displayed. I also pressed the windows button + R but an error came up:

I am only using one username on my pc.
