Thank you. Laptop is currently with user with instructions to back
up her important files. Should have taken examples but there were
just too many of them and I was planning to sanitize the laptop in
any event. However, my conscience dictated that I should at least
try one non-lethal remediation.

Ironically, I would have followed up on the Symantec link two years
ago or would have directly queried SARC. Just to show how much faith
has been lost in Symantec in this time span.
