I have no intention of re-installing this application. I'd rather thanks
anybody who will help me get rid of it. Un-installing it is always incomplete.

Please advise.

I know the appl. is Roxio (Creator DE, Creator Tools, Drag-to-Disk or

Manager), and that is another problem... I can't uninstall that appl. and
nobody seems to know how. Obviously that company does not want to provide

help. At least, if I can stop MSI from bugging on opening, that will help.

Can you help?

The installer cleaner does not fix a Windows Installer problem. You
will need to know which application's Windows Installer (MSI) is
forcing the Installer to auto-start. Once you locate it, then you
need to remove it from the Installer list.
