It's the VGA Monitor on the splitter that is not working, the two DVI
monitors are working great (the card is dualhead dvi)...

Is it possible that running a splitter with a VGA connector on a DVI
card just won't work? Though that would be confusing because our
company has about 100 dell Optiplex form-factors all running dual
monitors using this same splitter off a single DVI connector.
