Whenever I get a photo emailed to me that I open in Photoshop and then do Save as, the folder I'm defaulted to is C:\Doc & Settings\myusername\local settings\temp internet files\OLK195 and everytime Photoshop crashes. There's files listed in this folder and I think one or more of them is corrupt which causes the crash. I've tried to find this folder in Windows Explorer but I can only get as far as the temp internet files folder and then Explorer crashes. There are no subfolders listed under temp internet files. I have Explorer set to display hidden files and folders.

My question is how can I find this OLK195 folder and delete the files in it? I've tried searching for this folder name but it isn't found. And I've run the disk cleanup and deleted the temp internet files but that doesn't help either. Thanks.

On the address bar at the top, if you display it, you can try just typing it in. Even though it does not show in the list.
I've done that rather than turn on hidden/system folders.
Its the cache for IE, and if you went into IE and cleared the cache you should remove the files. That's the standard user method.
