error message, drvhiz.dll

I keep getting an error box when I boot up
error loading c:\windows\system32\drvhiz.dll
the specified module could not be found

any ideas on how to fix it or how to eliminate the box popping up, the
system
seems to be working ok regardless of the error message, the computer is in
use by my 4yr grandaughter and i dont want any more clicks she needs to make
than what is absouletly necessary, she uses it to play her games.

any help would be greatly appreciated
