Ignore Norton Windoc.

Of course, it cannot be found since (magically without any effort on my part...auto update?) it has been replaced by flash9e.
Regardless of permissions I apply to the appropriate registry keys, I am denied access, even as administrator. I cannot edit the listing to go from 9b to 9e, and I cannot delete this key.
This happens on multiple machines.
How to overcome this?
