That's one problem for a user when an application is exploited.


However I have found a file usig search called MSOCache, now what do I do
with this file ? Also the file looks like its a faded colour. Does that mean

MSOCache would be a folder with other directories , not a file, and it should contain all of the files used for install/uninstall. When you use Add/Rmove to repair/install other files/uninstall, you need to direct the uninstall wizard to the directory that has the files requested when prompted for the disk. If that doesn't work you will have two other options, post to an Office ng for a possible resolution or get the disk from your friend so you can reverse what I believe appears to be a process of exploitation.
