Where did you download the RealTek Driver from?
You may be better off using the RealTek Driver that is on the
Software CD that came with the Computer.

After a total recovery I have no audio in Control Panel. I downloaded
Realtek
AC97 and it shows everything set OK and is working properly. My problem is
still no sound and in Devices all is well.
How do I get Control Panel to show I have audio or what do I do next.
