Problem with Regional and Language Options setup



I having problem with my Windows XP Pro Regional and Language Options setup.

1. At Regional Options tab, standards and formats, countries/items is
missing from selection.
2. At Advanced tab, selection items under "Select a languange to match the
language version of the non-Unicode programs" is missing.
3. Error after apply Languages tab, select the "Install files for complex
script" and/or
"Install files for East Asian Language"
Error prompt:
Windows setup could not copy the appropiate files for Supplemental
Language
Support. Make sure you have the correct path name for the files.

Windows never prompt to insert CD, or to insert the files path manually.

Hopefully somebody can help me with this problem.
