My aunt has an approx 5 year old PC running XP. She uses AT&T DSL
with her e-mail running in an AT&T Yahoo IE window rather than Outlook
or OE. Everything was working fine. We installed the Powerpoint
Viewer. Then when she tried to open e-mail messages (actually OPEN -
she can view them in the preview pane), open attachments or send
messages she gets script errors. We uninstalled the Powerpoint
Viewer, but nothing improved. I had her uncheck "display a
notification about every script error" and check "disable script
debugging" in her IE/Tools/Internet Options. Now she doesn't get the
script error messages, but when she tries to do the e-mail operations
listed above nothing happens. Please help. Thanks.

Re: scripts and LiveWeb ...Internet Explorer Script Error... What is puzzling is that this is not really a Internet Explorer error... because it does not occur when I open the page directly in IE7.... Even if I run PowerPoint... (microsoft.public.powerpoint)
