Neo,
I have emailed you some clearer capture files, I must have made a mistake in
saving the first capture file. (default is only displayed packets not all of
them).

Hello Ian,.
Sorry for the late reply.
I have checked the packets.
First of all, I do find some difference between the 'working-well' packets
and 'not-working' packets. However, it seems there are some missing parts
of the packets. Did you start capturing before access the web folder when
you captured the network monitor traces?
On the other hand, I find the three XP machines are located in three
different LANs. (Suppose they are 192.168.4.0/24, 192.168.1.0/24 and
172.30.100.0/24). Could you please verify that whether there are any XP
machines work well in subnet 192.168.1.0/24 or 172.30.100.0/24?
If there is, please capture network monitor traces on these XP machines.
This will make it easier to find the cause of the issue if we can capture
network monitor traces on two XP machines in the same subnet. I know the
Vista machine (IRMMILAP02) is also in subnet 172.30.100.0/24, however, I
can't recognize the packets you captured by Network Monitor Tool.
Moreover, could you please provide some information regarding your IIS
Server? What is the OS version of your IIS Server? Have you installed all
the latest service pack on your Server? I will also post this issue in our
Server Technical Discussion Group later. So these information is necessary.
Thanks again for your time and I look forward to hearing from you. : )

Neo Zhu,
