I have a question.

After reading some overheated puff about this new "Windows XP SP3 RC2", I want
to try it. But my connection is limited, which means if I exceed the data
allowance, my connection will slow down. So, is there a way to get a smaller
setup file for SP3?

That said, the current release candidate of SP3 should only be installed on a
test system. If you want to roll the dice, be my guest. When you encounter
problems with your system, don't say you weren't warned.
