My xp freezes at starup and i beleive that is because for some reason
the ram clogges ...
RAM doesn't "clog". You haven't given us enough information about your computer and the problem so we can help you. Depending on what is really happening, the cause could be hardware, software, or even both. Here are a few questions you need to answer:
1. Computer description, specs, version of XP & Service Pack level
2. Antivirus/security software installed
3. When *exactly* does the computer lock up? Do you ever get into Windows?
4. The First Question Of Troubleshooting: what changed between the time things worked and the time they didn't?
5. The Second Question of Windows Troubleshooting: what is the malware/virus status of the machine? If you think it is clean, what programs (and versions) did you use to determine this?
Be sure the computer is clean:

6. Does the problem happen in Safe Mode? Have you tried Last Known Good Configuration? What *have* you already tried?
