Under Local Drive C is a folder named something like
7314735611d06e03064ee29a, and under that is single file named
msxml4-KB927978-enu.log --- is that a needed folder & file?

Also, under Local Drive C is a folder named Config.Msi, and there is no file
in the folder -- is that a needed folder?

Also, under Local Drive C is a folder named FOUND.000, there are a number of
files like file0001.chk -- what about this one?
