Oops! Guess you might get a copy of the correct drivers from the manufacturers (Vodafone and Apple) and then remove the instances from Device manager, shutdown, remove the hardware, start up the PC, install the drivers per instructions and then reinstall the hardware.

1. My Vodafone/Huawei E220 USB modem is not shown in control panel under "phones & modems" However, its detected as a DVD/CDRom and USB mass storage device and the files can be seen in Explorer. When plugging into the USB port, its unable to find the software for "Other Devices - Data Interface" and a yellow question mark is shown. I've tried all 4 USB ports in my pc and got same result. 2. After plugging in my iPod Nano, its not shown in iTunes but it can be charged even when my pc is switched off but with the mains still on.
3. My USB webcam seems to be working as it shows my image when its pointing at me.
Question is are my USB ports in working order ? Where are the files for the "Other Device - Data Interface". Previously they were all working fine. Please help, thanks.
