I have Vista and I am trying to install XP Home onto Virtual PC. Xp
installed after a few errors copying files. When I try to log onto XP I am
prompted for a password (which I never set up) and I get an error message
*The system cannot log you on due to the following error: The specified
domain doesn't exist or could not be contacted *
Can I fix this or should I just try a new VM ?
Re: Format again ... specs to see if it can handle Vista.... and I want to reformat my hard disk and re-install Windows XP ... and update it with a Vista upgrade which my good lady brought ... Instead of performing a clean install of XP, ... (microsoft.public.windowsxp.help_and_support)

This is why you have to select a boot volume in the BIOS.... put the Vista install DVD in the drive, ... (comp.sys.mac.advocacy)
