Is it spyware? What is it and how to remove this :-( Plz, help!!
There is no way to tell from what you've written whether your computer
has spyware, an operating system fault, or bad hardware. Most certainly
you should not download any unknown "tools" from the site recommended by
the other poster. To determine whether your computer is infected, go
through these general malware removal steps systematically:

Without knowing more about your computer, I can't really speculate on
what is causing your problem.
The First Question Of Troubleshooting: what changed between the time
things worked and the time they didn't?
If you can't do the work yourself (and there is no shame in admitting
this isn't your cup of tea), take the machine to a professional computer
repair shop (not your local equivalent of BigComputerStore/GeekSquad).
If possible, have all your data backed up before you take the machine
into a shop.

I agree. First thing I'd do is run a RAM test...
looks more like a H/W error to me than spyware
.
