Is it spyware? What is it and how to remove this :-( Plz, help!!

There is no way to tell from what you've written whether your computer has spyware, an operating system fault, or bad hardware. Most certainly you should not download any unknown "tools" from the site recommended by the other poster. If you can't do the work yourself (and there is no shame in admitting this isn't your cup of tea), take the machine to a professional computer repair shop (not your local equivalent of BigComputerStore/GeekSquad). If possible, have all your data backed up before you take the machine into a shop.
