Great! That's the important line. It is *nothing* to do with anything
on your end, I'm pretty much certain. That message indicates that there
is a problem on the WEB PAGE that you are viewing: The web page author
screwed up his code, IE caught it, and is telling you about it.
It's also not unusual to encounter such a message; many, many sites
have such problems, usually but not always attributable to the author's
lack of expertise in writing good code. Or, sometimes it's simply an
incompatability between versions of jscript or the java being used. And
a few others, none of which indicate problems on your own system.
Being slow to load can indeed be one of the results of the bad code
on many web sites, just as also it could be traffic, server load and
many other things.
Usually the best thing to do is to turn off the setting that reports
script errors in the Advance section of File Options.
IE: Tools; Internet Options; Advanced tab. Under Browsing, tick the
"Disable Script Debugging" and the next one for the same thing but wiht
(other) on the end, since you're not writing those scripts.
Then you should no longer be bothered by those messages. Again, slow
loading and that error message are not the fault of your system, but of
the web site's code that you are accessing. And it's not an unusual
situation to come across; many sites are similar.
I've given a pretty simplistic description, but I think it should
suffice. If you do the above and it still persists, come on back and
explain. Often just changing the indicated settings will improve the
time problem too.

Now while I am here let me ask you this: when you go to
Tools>Options>General>Browsing History>Settings>Objects> pickone and click on it >dependency> you will see 'File Name' and 'Size'
whichever
Well in some of my objects there appears a file name * and the size
says damaged.....how do you repair this? Double clicking on either
reveals zilch. Below this window on some objects I find 'Package
name' with an entry such as 'com.ms.xml.dso' ---- now what??

How do you troubleshoot this? Not confined to 'a' single web site
I checked all certificates and publishers plus removed outdated
ones; lightened my security via MS; took Zone Alarm out of the
picture; deleted Temp, Temp cache, cookies, whatever I could find;
thinned out the add ons and updated; downloaded and installed Jave
6.03; downloaded and installed IE 7 plus 'the shining' or you might
say Silverlight.
I am dizzy - downloaded Firefox - not much better than IE - the real
pain is that after deciding to continue IE 6 the problem went away,
well until I rebooted, that is about as near reality as I can get -
Oh ya, removed all add ons and the problem remained, page loads
slowly and with problem (Java I wondered so downloaded 6.03) Pages
without this ailment are fast loading and functional---
