Is this allowed? I am concerned with anything nLite may add into the
unattended media. Security risk?
This is the best tool I have found that has the ease of bundling
drivers for RAID cards and Security patches/Service Packs. This is
mainly what I would use it for.
We already have our own security templates and custom settings being
applied via the WINNT.sif and script during post build.
You asked your question (Does anyone use this tool for Unattended deployment
for Windows XP or Windows 2003 in their corporate environment?) before you
pointed out the tool (nLite was mentioned in passing later) -- but piecing
that together - I can say I believe many people do use nLite in their
business environments. I personally still integrate everything the old way
as much as possible - but have used driver packs on occassion to make things
a bit easier.
