Hi:

After doing a fresh install with a Windows XP Pro SP2 OEM CD, I activated
via the internet and all was good.

So you had the Product to do it then.

I then installed some video drivers and
restarted. Upon restart, I was prompted to activate again before I could log
in. I couldn't activate over the internet this time, so I tried telephone
activation. The problem is that there is no installation ID--the number that
telephone support asks for.

What happened to the Product key you had before, the one you
successfully used to activate over the internet?

I've reinstalled, deleting and recreating
partitions beforehand, and I still have the same problem. Please, someone,
help! Thank you in advance!
