One day my PC is working fine then next day I get "Access Denied" when I
try to open files I created as the Administrator using NotePad.
And why would you be logged in as The Administrator, and creating files?
This experience is not making me a fan of Windows or Microsoft at all.
Is there a solution to this problem?
I run commerical anti-virus and anti-spyware. I also run Windows Defender.
I am running Windows XP Pro with SP2 and all of the latest
patches/fixes/updates.
I am not out of disk space, the PC has 2GB of RAM and is a standalone
system with wireless access to the Internet. In other words there ain't
nothing wrong with the hardware.
Any advice and/or help with this problem would be appreciated.
