Hi:

After doing a fresh install with a Windows XP Pro SP2 OEM CD, I activated
via the internet and all was good. I then installed some video drivers and
restarted. Upon restart, I was prompted to activate again before I could
log
in. I couldn't activate over the internet this time, so I tried telephone
activation. The problem is that there is no installation ID--the number
that
telephone support asks for. I've reinstalled, deleting and recreating
partitions beforehand, and I still have the same problem. Please,
someone,
help! Thank you in advance!

Sometimes, when you install new hardware or change existing hardware, you
need to activate again. It happened to me once. It's no use re-installing
again etc.
But can't you use the number that you gave the first time while activating
via Internet? You must have had an installation ID?
