Thanks for the tip. I ran the program and it defragged 40 of 41 files which
seemed like a small number compared to my systems poor performance on system
restores. Last restore took more than a couple of hours.

Open Windows Explorer and navigate to the windows\inf folder. Find the
dfrg.inf file, right click on it and select Install. You may be asked
for the XP CD.
