Try going here www.youtube.co.uk if succeded then its hosts file problem
check for host file entries.

My internet connection works but I can't access www.youtube.com via
either IE or Mozilla. I'm running XP & am able to ping the site.
I've disabled the firewall and virus protection to no avail. I'm on a
wireless network and can access youtube via my laptop but not my
desktop. Any suggestions?
