Using TFTP server with XP with two NICs?

I am having issues trying to get a TFTP server to recognize a specific NIC on a dual homed XP machine. I've noticed that I experience this same problem with other network tools under XP machines that are dual homed.
Does anyone know if there is some sort of reg hack that can be used, to allow network applications to specify which NIC they want to use?
