Thank s for your reply.
Sge tried the Safe Mode but it sisn't help.
She hasn't tried the Last Known Good Configuration yet.
Next time she starts up Tap F8 until you get a Menu. Select Last Known Good Configuration. If that does not work
repeat the procedure and try Safe Mode. If that works then go to Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools>System Restore. Just follow the instruction. Pick a restore date at least a few days ago.
.My colleague has a following problem:
She has the WinXP Home SP2. The system announced that it was ready
to update. She agreed and the system was updated including updating
IE6 to IE7 without any further questions. After updating she agreed
to restart the system.
The Windows started but instead of the normal logging screen,
a black screen appeared with a small window with the user's name
displayed and asking for password. She had no password so she simply
pressed Enter.
Then the screen of proper (her) colour appeared (without icons), the
openning sound was heard and the following information was displayed:
Application Error
Explorer.exe
The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0150002).
Click OK to finish the application.
After clicking OK nothing happened.
She is not able to use the computer anymore. She is even
not able to start the system.
Please help us.
