CD Burning applications add what's called Upper and Lower Filter
Drivers to Optical drives. Even when uninstalled the filter drivers or
calls to them may remain. Roxio provides a tool called RoxioZap to
remove remnants of their programs. However there have been a few
reports of issues with running the stand-alone tool. If you decide to
use RoxioZap be sure your system and personal data is backed up.

I have yet to find a satsfactory solution to these 2 system errors. Help?
#1 The following boot-start or system-start driver(s) failed to load:
Cdr4_xp.
#2 The InCD Helper service failed to start due to the following error:
The system cannot find the file specified.
I have uninstalled Roxio long ago. Even re-installed and uninstalled with
uninstaller software. No luck.
