"MSG_EXTRA_3" error message?????

Lately, consistently, when typing information into an online form, I
get an
error window that is mostly blank. The exclamation mark in the
triangle is
there in the upper left-hand corner, next to it is a line that reads
"MSG_EXTRA_3", below it is a checkbox with the checkmark, and next to
the
checkbox are two blank buttons, pushing either of which closes the
window.
Nothing else is in the rather large window. Opening task manager with
the
window still open (it is happening repeatedly right now as I type
this
question) shows a blank task line with a window icon only in the left
column
of running programs tab. Nothing unusual in the processes window. I
can't be
sure but it seems less likely to happen if I type slowly.

Any ideas?
