In OE, to open an attachment, I get a message that I must create a File
Association. In Control Panel, I do not see an icon for Folder Options.
Where can I find this?
Thanks

Look again. If it has the default icon, it's a folder with a wrench and
hammer. It's right after "Display" on mine.
