I recently installed an AT&T security suite upgrade to the original
BellSouth security package. The upgrade failed and resulted in the loss of
several files from various programs. I had to reinstall Microsoft Office
to get it to work correctly. I am using Windows XP Home Edition with a HP
pavilion desktop. I still have problems getting some programs to open,
such as HP Image Zone.
Is there a recovery program that might fix this problem without having to
take it back to the factory settings? I have already restored the computer
using an earlier restore point, but the problem still exists. Any help will
be appreciated.
