Is this what you want:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/913086
Another option.
Determine which updates are applicable to your operating systems by starting Windows Update.
Then download and burn those updates directly to CD or DVD for use on your computers.

I live in a rural area and cannot get broadband. Every time I need to
install programs I must then download the updates. Most software provides
for a download package that can be saved and then can be used to update more
than one computer. Windows also had this option but I can no longer find it.
Windows XP and EI7 are the worst. It takes literally days to update my
computers. However, I do have access to broadband at another location. What
I would like to do is download a package that can be used to update more than
one computer.
Can you please help. My life is wasting away watching downloads on a 28.8
kb connection (at best)
Thanks,
Dennis
