Is there a Microsoft Support Professional that can help me resolve what is causing the following Command Object Module (COM+) Application Warning in Event Viewer? I do not get this warning message at every instance of bootup, so I can't seem to isolate the problem. Thanks for your help!

This is a peer-to-peer newsgroup and while occasionally an MS employee might post, the vast majority of helpers are volunteers who do not work for the company. If you wish to speak to an MS Support Professional, you'll need to call Microsoft.

MS International Support - http://support.microsoft.com/common/international.aspx
If you don't want to call Microsoft Support - which is not free - a Google search using the search term "the COM+ Event System failed to create an instance of the subscriber partition" brings up a number of links which may be useful to you.
