It is in IE and Opera (I usually use Opera, but when I ran into this problem
I tried going to hotmail.com with IE and had the same problem). I don't
bother with a mail client.
I am not seeing a "Tools" option on the Hotmail page anywhere. There is, of
course, a "Tools" option in IE, but that just leads me to Internet Options,
which does not have a Send tab.
I know about the indentation feature in Hotmail, but that's not what I'm
talking about. You use that Indent to indent text in emails you are editing.
I'm talking about how the text in forwards or replies is not formatted
correctly in the body of the email when you receive it.
