There are many thing that don't work in "Limited Accounts". In particularStrangely enough, I am posting this message with a limited account using OE.
many (most) programs say "Contact the Vendor" when one tries to install
them.
"Outlook Express" deoesn't seem to work, Can anybody help me with this?
"Doesn't seem to work" doesn't describe a problem.
No program installs in limited mode.
Particularly annoying is the operation of "Internet Explorer". "Surfing
the Internet" is the "one" thing that shoud be done in "Limited Mode". I
have Windows XP installed on Drive D:. The problem is that in
"Administrative Mode" I've set it up so that the favorites list is on
Drive C:. This allows me to backup and restore Windows XP without
worrying about the state of the "Favorites List". Placing the "Favorites
List" on a drive other than the default Windows drive requires operation
of the program "TweakUI". "TweakUI" doesn't install in "Limited Mode".
Can anybody help me with this? Is there another way of relocating the
"Favorites List"?

I moved my OE and IE files to another drive without any problem.
If you don't back those files up, you are asking for trouble.
