Log on as Cody, then do this:
- Click Start / Run / cmd {OK}
- Type this command:
echo %UserProfile%{Enter}

What do you see? Does this profile folder exist?
Is it maybe hidden? If you think that it does not
exist, can you create it manually?

I get C:\documents and settings\owner>
the filename vol label syntax is incorrect
