How do I remove the HP printer icon from the systray?

Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance

I tried msconfig to check the startup but could not find any HP
programs to not auto start.

Can someone help me? Also I'd like to know how to get rid of all those
unused autostart enries.
