Then be unethical but, don't ask anyone to assist you.

I'm not interested at all in what any one thinks of me, nor do I care. I'm
not requesting neither any one's blessings, nor forgiveness. If some can't
understand my circumstances, than that's too bad., but not for me. To me,
it
makes no difference whatsoever.

Please man.. No offence, but spare me the legal babble! It makes no
difference in these regions! Around here, you'd be lucky to find
anything
original! If you ask for originals, they'd think you'r out of your
mind,
and
they'd still not supply you with any! I mean, in their mentality they'd
think: "Why the heck would I buy a program for over $100 when I could
get
it
for less than $3?!"

My genuine Windows XP was supplied to me by my cosine overseas! I could
not
find one here! And I payed him for it at full cost! $200.

And if you think I'm going to stop my education, work, future and life
for
a
foreign law, than you'll have to excuse me if I believe that you might
be
out
of your mind! When and if I travel to a respectable country, I'll abide
by
its laws, which includes, not dealing with pirated software! But until
then,
pirated it will have to be! I have no choice, and I promises that you
would
not do any better under the same circumstances!

And if you paid attention to what I wrote, you would realize that I'm
not
looking for this so called: "Mulligan"! Please read thoroughly,
understand,
then answer. Or else, if you believe you are such a law abiding person,
you
would also believe in fair judgment! And yours about me was not.

It is what he meant. You are asking for a Mulligan. You agreed to a
contract, gave your word, pledged your integrity, and promised your
trust.
Now you want special consideration because of your reluctance to pay
additional fees.

Your argument that you rebuild computers reminds me of the chap who
was
trying to sell the very hatchet George Washington used to chop down
the
cherry tree: "In almost three hundred years, it's had five handles and
two
new heads, but otherwise it's the original."

Do you go to the Cineplex, buy one ticket, and watch six movies?

You already admit to using (at least) one pirated copy of XP. There's
a
saying in the law: "In a court of equity, one must petition with clean
hands." Your hands are not clean. As such, you have no basis for
liencency.
