You quite possibly downloaded a piece of malware, and not Daemon Tools.
Daemon Tools homepage is http://www.daemon-tools.cc/
And the download is a *.exe file, not a RAR archive.
Check your system for viruses and spyware before proceeding.

Hello group
My PC is run by WINXP SP2.
I was interested what daemon tools was all about and I downloaded a
version of it in Rar and extracted it. What happen was the extracted
folder was Empty and supposed contents was not even extracted.
Daemon Tools V 4.10x86 32 bit with SPTD 1.50. and the extracted folder
was empty. When I tried to open the folder Daemon folder is not
accessible or access denied. Therefore I tried to delete it but it
won't move!
Even when I cut an paste it to another removable drive which I can
reformat it won't budge. This worries me and would like to ask if
there is anyway to remove this stubborn folder from my files.
TIA
Roy
