Massive right click menu

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

Over time and many installs of lots of apps, I've developed a trully
large right click menu.

I've scouted around (long ago) and found various apps designed to pare
it down. None that I found can just outright kick anything your want
off of right click. There seems to be some entries that can be
removed but not really many.

More apps are giving a choice at install of putting stuff on right
click or not... nice that programmers are noticing the problem but
many applications still just do it silently.

I asked for some of the entries but soon found I didn't really need
much more than the very basics. Some entries are still there from
apps long ago uninstalled. Some entries I don't even remember what
they are supposed to do.

I wondered if there is some sort of partial or semi-install technique
that would render right click back to something like a default
setting with out altering installed applications to speak of.

I mean something short of an actual full on, reinstall.. I will
eventually do that, but right now it would be a very time intensive
undertaking with so many applications to bring back up to speed,

A painstaking bout with regedit would be ok too, if someone knows how
to track down the entries and delete them. If there is some sort of
forumula or outline that will help me find the stuff.
