Hi everyone,
I have winxp sp2. I want to create a User account which should be hidden.
I mean i do not want to show its name in Welcome screen
That part is easy, and TweakUI will help you.
and and its Documents and Settings folder displayed in the Root folder of
Explorer.
This part can't be done. The folders will always be visble, though you
can restrict access to them. You cannot hide their existence.
I want to create such an account for my Net use
Hiding the account folders will not really protect them.
so that I don't have to use my Admin account for Net or general use.
You should *not* be using the system Administrator account for anything but
system maintenance.
Give that account a good password and leave it alone. Give the user
accounts good passwords and change them regularly.
