You're welcome. In this case you have little choice but to send the computer for repair. If you have sensitive information or valuable files on your hard disk think of your options for these files before you send the pc out for repairs! I have seen some computers go out for service only to come back with replaced hardware along with freshly formated drives and restored/reinstalled operating systems! Ask the tech support about this and if you have really important or valuable files it would be wise to pull the hard drive and mount it in another machine so that you can backup these files. This isn't hard to do, one of your friends or work colleagues may be able to do this for you. Better safe than sorry!
